Welcome to our Spotlight 2024 virtual forum series, designed to shine a light on some of the key topics impacting on the workplace today and in the future. Building on our successful series in 2022 we are relaunching this popular series to provide a thought-provoking space for our Art of Work community to come together and share their thoughts, feelings and insights together. Across this year we are hosting a series of bi-monthly live podcasts and have some fascinating guests lined up to explore everything from being human in the workplace, the impact of AI on our work and how do we act in times of disruption.  
In our second episode of our Spotlight 2024 series, we explore the fascinating topic of ‘Menopause and more’ and explore how menopause, PMS, PMDD and other aspects of women’s health and wellbeing are currently dealt with in the workplace, how to address the challenges and focus on providing the right support for those who need it. To help us navigate this topic, we were joined by highly knowledgeable experts in this area along with special guests sharing their powerful lived experiences.
