    Welcome to our Spotlight 2024 virtual forum series, designed to shine a light on some of the key topics impacting on the workplace today and in the future. Building on our successful series in 2022 we are relaunching this popular series to provide a thought-provoking space for our Art of Work community to come together and share their thoughts, feelings and insights together.     In this episode we turn our focus to Frontline Workers.  Research has shown that these vital workers in our economy have experienced the sharpest fall in engagement during the pandemic.   Joined by managers from the ambulance service, councils and David Dagger from the Institute of Customer service, we ask the question, what is an essential worker and explore how we can reengage and support them, many of whom have experienced significant challenge through the pandemic.
